Imperium declares "We will continue to test Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs)!"

The Ministry Of State Security / M.O.S.S. announced that on the
evening of July 4th, 2007 a Special Skilled Team [ elders ] will
detonate another 100 Mega-Stix Explosive Device at an undisclosed
test site.

M.O.S.S. has detonated numerous such devices over the past several
years; and in all tests, the detonation was supervised by a Special Skilled
Team [ elders ].

A 100 Mega-Stix Explosive Device is designed with 100 standard firework
sparklers, all bound together with one of the following standard tapes:
duct, electricians, or strapping; then a single additional standard firework
sparkler, which is used as the actual detonation device, is elevated just
above the other 100 sparklers.

In times past, an extremely loud explosion results, which shakes the
ground and can be heard from miles away; the explosion also leaves
a crater in the ground, which has been different in depth and breadth,
due to the conditions of the soils in which the device was discharged.
