Imperium releases "micronational bill of rigths"

- News Released from the Imperial City of the Imperium of DeWaCo Estates.

Let the word go forth, from this time and place, to all corners of
the world, that any individual, or government, or institution which proclaims
to be associated with the Micronational Movement, in any of it's diversed
divisions, is entitled to basic rights which are afforded to any and all
who claim such to be theirs as well;

and among those basic rights, are the following:

[1] "The Right to Exist"
in such a fashion and manner that is consistent with the traditionally
standard accepted norms.

[2] "The Right to Engage"
in any and all practices which are conducive to the free exchange of
ideas.

[3] "The Right to be Recognized"
with mutual and mature awareness, whether or not such recognition is
with or without respect.
