His Serene Highness, the Grand Duke Philip I of Westarctica is recovering from a month long battle with pneumonia. All of Westartica, indeed all the world, is glad to see that the Grand Duke has recently recovered sufficiently to return to a limited schedule of State Functions. The Grand Duke has announced his intention to slowly resume a full schedule.
