Notice to the Public:

At the present time the Central Information Authority of the Reserve Bank of the Dominion of British West Florida has reasons to believe to the government of Parkistan has become unstable.

All subjects of the Crown are advised to utilize extreme caution when dealing with any individuals claiming to represent the government of Parkistan.

Additionally the Government of the Imperium of DeWaCo Estates has declared a state of 'Virtual War' to exist between the Imperium and Parkistan. While the exact nature of a 'Virtual War' and its possible ramifications on neutral third parties is not precisely known, we believe that prudence in this matter would require to we advise all Subjects of the Crown to avoid both the Imperium and Parkistan 'territorial claims' until the matter is resolved.

Notice to Heads of State and Government:

We have it on reliable authority that the Government of Parkistan is repudiating treaties by means other than the protocols recognized by the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties (1969).

We advise all treaty partners with Parkistan to carefully review their commitments and options under any treaty with Parkistan.

We have it on good authority that the Imperium intends to pursue actions that would compel Parkistan to honour the existing treaty between the Imperium and Parkistan.

We advise that Pakistan may be unsafe and should be avoided.
