The Governor General issued a Writ of Appointment to the Honourable Bishop C. M. Shepherd to the House of Commons, At Large Division today.

In a very brief statement the Governor-General stated:

I have this day appointed CM Shepherd of the Barony de la Bay as Member of Parliament (at large division).
